The Challenge

First Choice Shipping (Frisbi) operates in a high-volume, operationally complex shipping environment where speed, accuracy, and clarity are critical. Their internal tools and workflows had grown fragmented over time, making it difficult for teams to manage shipments, track statuses, and handle exceptions efficiently. The challenge wasn’t just visual design — it was creating a system that could support fast-paced logistics operations without overwhelming users.


What We Did

We worked with the First Choice team to redesign key product flows and interfaces, focusing on usability, hierarchy, and operational clarity. Through UX exploration and detailed mockups, we simplified how users navigate shipment data, manage actions, and understand status at a glance. The goal was to reduce cognitive load, eliminate unnecessary steps, and create a more intuitive experience that aligns with how logistics teams actually work day to day.
