They had a shipping portal that allowed their clients to create labels and to track shipments.

Following the initial meetings, the First Choice and Intent UX teams decided and agreed on the things that needed to be done.
Before moving to the actual work, we identified the app's main challenges.
We concentrated on these challenges and used them to make the necessary changes and tweaks to the app.
